ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
We’re committed to making our products accessible so they can benefit as many people as possible, while promoting social inclusion.
This accessibility statement applies to Thalamos for CQC, Thalamos for Police and eMHA by Thalamos.
COMPLIANCE STATUS
eMHA by Thalamos is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.
Thalamos for CQC and Thalamos for Police are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. We are not fully compliant with the accessibility standards because of minor issues with the following:
Not all buttons, icons and input fields have accessible names
Not all image elements have descriptive, alternate text
Page content is not always contained by landmarks
Headings occasionally skip levels that convey the semantic structure of the page
Text and non-text contrast requirements are not always met
These requirements have not been met due to product constraints. We are continuously reviewing features that do not meet accessibility standards and implementing improvements where possible and these learnings have been integrated into eMHA which is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. All clients using Thalamos CQC and Thalamos for Police will be migrated over to eMHA.
WHAT WE’RE DOING TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY
To improve our accessibility and enhance user experience, we have adopted the following practices:
Integrating accessibility standards from the beginning of our product development process
Improving design by testing our products with a variety of people and incorporating their feedback
Rethinking accessibility as a core requirement for greater consistency
Training our people to ensure accessibility knowledge is widespread in every part of Thalamos
Over time, Thalamos for CQC and Thalamos for Police will all be migrated over to the eMHA infrastructure to provide full compliance.
